- Must have good understanding of Capital Markets, BASEL, Derivatives and Swaps
- Experience in any regulatory aspects such as MIFID, Brexit, GDPR, CCPA
- Relevant Business Analyst certifications is a plus
- Financial Service experience is a must.
- Experience in banking products such as Loans, Deposits, Mortgages, Fund Transfers, Client Reporting, Tax, Trust will be an added value.
- Exposure to various SDLC methodologies.
- Familiarity with Project Management is a plus.
- Tools MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Visio, Project, JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint.
- Hands on experience of SQL and extracting the database
- Effective communication skills (verbal & written) in a clear and concise manner with various stakeholders.
- Hands on experience of writing FRD & BRD
- Ability to work in challenging & demanding timelines
