3+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
Has experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Customer Service configuration and customization on cloud
Works with team to define solutions and plan Azure/Dynamics CRM implementations
Actively manages projects: Assigns, schedules, reviews, and monitors project work to ensure that progress is within expected quality guidelines and is completed on time
Identifies, tracks, monitors and communicates project-related issues/risks, scope changes, variances and contingencies that may arise during the implementation of CRM projects
Understands native functionality versus what would need to be customised or added
Knowledge of the latest Dynamics 365 for Customer Service functionality/feature sets, use of O365 components and best-in-class add-ons and products
Has worked with Dynamics CRM backend SQL Server data entities
Experience in strategic planning, risk management and/or change management
Meets deliverable targets and complete project tasks with satisfaction
ITIL or ITSM Certifications are preferred
Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Customer Service, Azure and related technology project with sound solution architecture understanding
Ability to manage all defined SLAs, Ability to drive teams to resolutions
Experienced in development of the Web applications as main architect or technical lead
Strong oral and written communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and TFS
Experience in managing and conducting end-user training
Experience in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements and processes, mapping them to the system’s capabilities, conducting fit-gap analysis, and documenting solution design, application design document.
Experience in managing Go-Live artefacts i.e. Run books, deployment guide, UAT Test cases, operational handover documents and checklist documents
