Position: IT Recruiter (Contract to Hire)
Experience Range : 3 to 8 Years.
Role & Responsibility:
- Responsible for End to End Recruitment.
- Responsible for handling IT requirements for Banking vertical.
- Experienced in various stages of recruiting which includes requirement gathering, sourcing, screening evaluation, co-ordination, salary negotiation and on-boarding.
- Willing to organize and co-ordinate week-end drives.
- Good grip and understanding of Excel/MS Office.
- Interview management and successful salary negotiation skills required.
- Solid technical recruitment experience with a focus on Information Technology and ability to work in a fast-paced work environment with changing priorities.
- Must have strong communication & presentation skills.
